Welcome to Taline. By accessing or using this website, booking a session, or attending an event, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

I offer creative and therapeutic experiences, including Soul Dance sessions, Somatic Movement sessions, and DJ/music services. Each service is designed to support wellbeing, connection, and self-expression.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

• Ticketed events and workshops are generally non-refundable but may be transferable if you contact me in advance.

• Private sessions or corporate bookings may have separate cancellation policies, which will be outlined at the time of booking.

3. Wellbeing & Participation

My sessions are designed to be safe, inclusive, and supportive. Participation is always voluntary — please listen to your body and personal limits.
Soul Dance and Somatic Movement sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. If you are under professional care, please consult your practitioner before attending.

4. Intellectual Property

All written, visual, and audio content shared on this site or in sessions (including playlists, recordings, and materials) remain the intellectual property of Soul Dance by Taline and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

While I take great care in providing safe and meaningful experiences, participation is at your own risk. Taline is not liable for injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in any event, session, or use of this website.

6. Changes to Terms

I may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in offerings, legal requirements, or best practice. The effective date above will always show the latest update.
