Gentle, guided movement to support your body, emotions, and energy.
What is Somatic Movement?
Somatic Movement is a therapeutic, body-based approach that helps you reconnect with your inner world — your sensations, emotions, and energy. These sessions draw on practices from Somatics and Dance Movement Therapy and may include intuitive movement, Breathwork, themed exploration, and gentle reflection.
Facilitated by Taline with attuned, grounded presence, each session offers a safe space to release tension, process emotion, and deepen self-understanding — individually or within a group.

Facilitated with Care
With more than two decades of experience in dance, music, and education — including work with children and young people in hospitals, schools, and community spaces — I bring a warm, grounded, and heart-led approach to this work.
Currently completing my Graduate Diploma in Somatics and Dance Movement Therapy, I hold full insurance, a current Working With Children Check, and have completed Safeguarding Children training through the Australian Childhood Foundation. My sessions are supported by professional supervision and designed to be safe, welcoming spaces where authentic movement and expression can naturally unfold.
