Facilitating at Epicure Ecstatic Dance Retreat

I’ll be facilitating Soul Dance as part of Epicure’s Ecstatic Dance Retreat, held 13–15 March.
Alongside plenty of dancing, we’ll be immersed in nature and nourished through yoga, workshops, shared meals, and spacious moments to rest and reconnect — with ourselves, each other, and the land. I’m really looking forward to bringing Soul Dance into this wild and nourishing container.
